Q1 : So what's Karaoke Epoc?

A1 : We're a karaoke bar with private rooms and a dedicated bar serving various drinks and cocktails

Q2 : What songs do you have?

A2 : We have thousands of regularly updated English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and many other languages songs!

Q3 : How many rooms do you have?

A3 : We have 8 rooms in total of varying size. Please refer the home page for more information on each room and their prices.

Q4 : What sort of equipment do you have?

A4 : We have karaoke machines and mics in each room.

Q5 : Is the premises safe during COVID-19?

A5 : Yes, our staff are trained and adhere to health and safety guidelines as summarised below:

  • Mask to be worn when entering and exiting the venue and at all times when outside the karaoke rooms

  • No standing or seating behind the bar area

  • Ordering food and drinks permitted only from the karaoke rooms

  • Hand sanitiser at the entrance of the venue and in each room

  • Cleaning and sanitising to increase for all hand contact area (door handles, karaoke equipment etc.)

  • Contactless payment accepted

Q6 : What's your opening hours?

A6 : We are open everyday from 12:00 - 23:00 but we can open earlier for special events and parties. If you'd like to arrange events, please contact us.

Q7 : Is there a minimum age to visit Karaoke Epoc? 

A7 : No, you do not have to be over 18 or above, we do cater for kits and kids parties. However, we do not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. If you'd like to book a party or event involving under 18s please let us know in advance.

Q8 : Do you do anything else other than karaoke?

A8 :  Yes, we offer out lounge and private rooms for events. Please contact us to get in touch with our team.


Q9 : How do we make a booking

A9 : You can book a room on 'Book Now' in the menu.

Q10 : How long is a booking?

A10 : You can book a minimum of 2 hours

Q11 : Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?

A11 : You will need to pay the full amount of your booking.

Q12 : What types of payment do you accept?

A12 : We take credit / debit cards - Visa, Masters, Amex, Diners and JCB.

Q13 : What is your cancellation policy?

A13 : We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 48 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of 100% your booking fee that will be applied to the credit card on file.


Q14 : Can we eat and drink inside the rooms?

A14 : We do not allow food and drinks from outside, but you can purchase our food and drinks in your room, as well as the bubble tea from Kissaten upstairs. You can also order delivery from out partner restaurant - Cubé Mayfair
Q15 : How do we order food?

A15 : You can find Cubé Mayfair's menu and order delivery directly from here. We recommend you to order in advance as the restaurant needs time to prepare. You can also order snacks using the same system installed inside each room.
